Policy on Responsible Social Gaming at BrightValleys

1.2. This RSG Policy is an integral component of the BrightValleys Terms of Service. Terms that are defined within the Terms of Service shall carry the same meaning in this RSG Policy.

1.3. We may update the RSG Policy at any time. Any amendments will be published on thePlatform and such changes will be binding and effective immediately.

1.4. In the event that we modify this RSG Policy in a manner that restricts your existing rights or could be considered harmful, we will inform you during your next visit to the Platform. You will be required to reaffirm your acceptance before engaging in any Games. Should you choose not to accept the revised RSG Policy, you must cease using the Platform.

1. RSG Program at BrightValleys

The Responsible Social Gameplay Program (RSG Program) at BrightValleys is founded on our core principles aimed at equipping our customers with the necessary control tools, information, and support resources to: (a) Make informed decisions while engaging in gameplay, and (b) Prevent the occurrence of problematic gameplay on our platform.

BrightValleys recognizes that fostering an enjoyable and cost-effective gaming atmosphere is a collective responsibility, while ultimately, the decision to engage in gameplay rests with the individual. We do not offer counseling services, nor do we monitor customer conduct. RSG Access Management Instruments.

The access control tools outlined below can be utilized if your gameplay has become, or is at risk of becoming, problematic (refer to “What is Problem Gameplay” in section 7.4).

3.1. Taking a Break – This option can be accessed via the “Contact” form on the Platform under “Responsible Social Gameplay options.” It allows you to take a brief hiatus from gameplay, during which you will be unable to access your account.

(a) The available durations for this break are 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days.
(b) Your account cannot be reactivated until the selected duration has concluded.

3.2. Self-Exclusion – This option is also accessible through the “Contact” form on the Platform under “Responsible Social Gameplay options.”
Self-exclusion permits you to suspend your account for an extended period. During this time, you will not have access to your account.

(a) The available durations for self-exclusion are 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, and Indefinite. If your account has been satisfactorily verified, we will make reasonable efforts to facilitate the redemption of any remaining Sweeps Coins in your account that meet our playthrough requirements and minimum redemption threshold.

(b) You will be unsubscribed from all marketing communications.
(c) Reactivation of your account will not be possible until the selected duration has expired.
(d) Upon the conclusion of a defined self-exclusion period, your account will automatically reactivate.
(e) For an indefinite self-exclusion, a minimum of 6 months must elapse before reactivation is possible.
(f) In the case of an indefinite self-exclusion, a 7-day cooling-off period will be enforced prior to account reactivation.
3.3. Permanent Closure – Please reach out to customer support.
(a) You have the option to permanently close your account. To initiate this process, please send a written email to Customer Support via the Contact Us section, requesting a “Permanent Account Closure” and providing the reason for your request.
It is important to note that, unlike an indefinite self-exclusion, a permanent closure is final and cannot be reversed under any circumstances.
(b) You will need to provide a “confirmation of understanding” to proceed with the permanent closure.
